A detailed maintenance checklist is provided and explained, which can be used for everyday servicing. This course is intended to provide basic information on Kitchen Systems and is not designed to replace OEM training.

Hands on training

Jeff, Is a did a great job sharing his knowledge with the group. I would have like to see more pictures of Kitchen hoods so new industry people could see what is out there, We did not discuss water wash hoods. Would love to see a design piece added to the class. Would like to see Brooks design a kitchen hood kit with all the tools , resetting tools and all the parts needed to do the Inspections.
