Fire Alarm Systems

The Fire Alarm Systems Series is designed to provide attendees with the proper information on codes and enforcement under NFPA72. The course teaches the fundamentals of fire alarm technology and offers training experience with various manufacturer systems. Course attendees will receive a step-by-step checklist for inspection and testing of fire alarm systems.

Kitchen Suppression Systems

The Kitchen Suppression Systems Series is designed to provide attendees an overview of the commercial kitchen environment, product information on a variety of manufacturer’s products, information on standards, codes, and enforcement, as well as a step-by-step guide to inspecting and maintaining Kitchen Suppression Systems. A detailed maintenance checklist is provided and explained, which can be used for everyday servicing. This course is intended to provide basic information on Kitchen Systems and is not designed to replace OEM training.

Exit Signs & Emergency Lighting

The Exit and Emergency Lighting Series is designed to provide attendees the history and knowledge of why Exit Signs and Emergency Lighting are important, while keeping current on the latest product innovations, how to sell these products and services, being aware of local and national codes, and, most importantly, how to inspect and troubleshoot Exit and Emergency Lighting.

Portable Fire Extinguishers

The Fire Extinguishers Series is designed to provide attendees an overview of how Fire Extinguishers became important, product information, information on standards, codes and the enforcement of them, maintenance and inspection, as well as the selection and calculation of extinguisher coverage.

Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement series is designed to provide attendees with the proper information for code enforcement officers/AHJs. Attendees will review the NFPA codes and standards, as well as what to look for when inspecting systems, such as Commercial Kitchen Suppression Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarm Systems, and Exit and Emergency Lighting.

Professional Development

The Professional Development series is designed to provide attendees the education and skills to further both personal development and career advancement. Topics include Addressing Microaggressions in the Workplace and Business Ethics in the Workplace, with new content continually being added.
