The AHJ – Fundamentals of Emergency Lighting Inspections Training provides Code Enforcement participants an understanding of their role concerning the codes and standards of Exit Lights and Emergency Lighting.  Content includes a review of national codes and standards, the types of applications and components of Exit & Emergency Lighting as well as gaining an understanding of the role a technician plays.

Content includes educating participants with the following topics: ICC, NFPA 1 – Fire Code, NFPA 101 – Life Safety Code, NFPA 70 – National Electrical Code, OSHA, Understanding the different light sources & battery types, and the importance of Inspections of Exit & Emergency Lighting.
