The instructor was GREAT Dealt with him a couple of years ago in Chicago on a Firelite 3 Day Class. Knowledgeable and easily translated into understanding working knowledge of the course. HOWEVER, The CHAT Platform would not work for me I could only interact by doing the Q&A Section I could hear and see but could not Chat
