The Kitchen Suppression Systems – Virtual Hands-On provides an in-depth, virtual hands-on demonstration of pre-engineered kitchen suppression systems. Using video-enhanced instruction, students will gain a better understanding of the inspection, testing and maintenance (ITM) for common systems found in the field. This course also includes a review of some key NFPA codes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
