  • How to make effective introductions.
  • Identify the ways to give a good impression.
  • Identify at least one way to minimize nervousness while in social situations.
  • Identify ways to remember names.
  • Identify the 3 steps in giving a handshake.
  • Establish guidelines for business emails and telephone use, including cell phones.
  • Understand basic guidelines in international etiquette.
