Jeff, Is a did a great job sharing his knowledge with the group. I would have like to see more pictures of Kitchen hoods so new industry people could see what is out there, We did not discuss water wash hoods. Would love to see a design piece added to the class.
Would like to see Brooks design a kitchen hood kit with all the tools , resetting tools and all the parts needed to do the Inspections.
